Telehealth services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Before beginning services, clients complete an informed consent process specific to telehealth. As with in-person therapy, confidentiality has legal exceptions, information may be disclosed without consent in cases involving suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse or neglect, a serious threat of harm to yourself or others, or a valid court order or legal subpoena.
