Telehealth services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Before beginning services, clients complete an informed consent process specific to telehealth. As with in-person therapy, confidentiality has legal exceptions, information may be disclosed without consent in cases involving suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse or neglect, a serious threat of harm to yourself or others, or a valid court order or legal subpoena.

You have the right to request access to your records, request corrections, restrict certain uses or disclosures of your information, and withdraw consent for non-essential communications, including unsubscribing from marketing emails at any time.
