  • I use techniques from Attachment Theory, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, John Gottman, Family Systems and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

FAMILY THERAPY

  • Gain insight on family dynamics and family systems to understand the impact of traumas, transitions, stressors, and how harmful generational patterns developed

  • Find new ways to relate to one another without hurtful interactions

  • Learn ways to communicate wants and needs, respond to triggers, and approach stressors in the family

  • I use techniques from Family Systems Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness based practices

  • Easy and convenient way for us to work together if you live in another state or country and open to online sessions

  • Map out a path to achieve short and long term goals

  • Understand roadblocks that get in the way of your goals at home, work, friendships, relationships, and dating

  • Because coaching is brief solution oriented and within a quicker span of time coaching is not recommended to those having difficulty managing issues related to Crisis Management, Trauma, Active Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Impulse Control Issues
